Ford Kuga Review

Ford’s new Kuga offers class-leading technology, driving dynamics, fuel efficiency and safety. The stylish Smart Utility Vehicle (SUV), that defined a segment, is back and now it’s even more capable, more practical and more connected.

“European customers have really taken the current Kuga to their hearts,” said Barb Samardzich, vice president, Product Development. “New Kuga takes that vehicle’s qualities and delivers significant and wide-ranging improvements – including innovations offered by none of its competitors.”

New Kuga introduces a segment-first powered hands-free tailgate and gives European debuts to Ford’s new intelligent all-wheel drive system and Curve Control. Kuga also comes with enhanced Torque Vectoring Control for the first time, helping deliver best-in class handling.

Ford’s EcoBoost petrol engine technology also comes to Kuga alongside Ford’s Duratorq TDCi diesel engines, with all powertrains offering sub- 180 g/km CO2 and excellent fuel efficiency. Euro NCAP five-star safety-rated new Kuga also offers Ford SYNC with Emergency Assistance and Active City Stop.
