Cash value life insurance can be an extremely powerful wealth growth tool, if designed properly. We use these policies as our personal line of credit to build out cash flowing assets. We call this concept "Net Wealth Finance". Many people call it the "Infinite Banking Concept" and say that it can only be done with whole life insurance. We believe IUL can be just as good if not better for some circumstances.
