Player Piano Rebuilding - Installing and Regulating New Valves with Force Fit Collars

Here are the steps I use to rebuild Autopiano and Standard player action valves with force fit collars. The focus of the video is setting the valve gap but I cover several other aspects as well.

I failed to mention in the video that the metal valve seats (after lapping) were coated with lacquer then after drying 24 hours coated with McLube mold release spray.

My phone ran out of space half way through so had to do this in two takes. Sorry for the rough transition!
