✦INGREDIENTS✦
☐ 2 Tbsp olive oil
☐ 1/2 onion (diced)
☐ 1 red bell pepper
☐ 1 green bell pepper
☐ 3 garlic cloves (minced)

☐ Flank Steak strips
Marinade with:
☐ 1 tsp baking soda
☐ 1 tsp ginger
☐ 2 tsp minced garlic
☐ 4 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce

Sauce:
☐ 2 Tbsp Tamari soy sauce or any dark soy sauce
☐ 2 tsp sesame oil
☐ 1 tsp Sriracha sauce
☐ 1/4 tsp crushed peppers
☐ 1/2 cup beef broth
☐ 1 Tbsp corn starch

☐ 2Pkgs ramen (cooked without seasoning packets)

☐ 1/2 - 1 cup beef broth
*Top with green onions or scallions. Sesame seeds (optional)
