Bikini Bottom Training Routine
You will need:
* a towel
* a mat
* a bottle of water
* a pair of dumbbells
You will work on:
Glutes and legs
You will do:
1. Around the world lunges
2. Sumo Squats
3. Curtsy Lunge into a Side Kick
4. Froggers
5. Glute Bridge
Do 2 sequences x 2 :-)
