Setting up a Microsoft List for external data input

Have you worked with Microsoft Lists? They are a great tool to help you collate information in one (pretty) table layout. PLUS, you can set the layout so that it matches the columns of a Form, or approval process.

Why would you do that? Because you can take the data in this List and use it in a huge range of Power Automate flows, approvals, and other automations - pretty neat huh? All without changing the data in your List.

Bonus tip: With approval flows, you can even set it up to update the List with the result and comments from the approver! Talk about time-saving!! ⌛ #shorts
