Restoring Tom Lipton's Level Frame
Restoring a old precision level frame by surface grinding and scraping/flaking of the base that had deep rust and pitting. Some electronic indicator fun at 0.000001" per division while inspecting the bottom for flatness. filling the engraving with epoxy filled with carbon black.
