in this video, I explain about all parts of diesel Engine
First of all we disassemble the whole diesel engine after that we explain all the parts one by one.
following parts are used in a diesel engine:-
1. Tappet Cover or Cylinder head cover- it is the upper parts of the engine in which filler cap are present.
2.cylinder head-in cylinder head rocker arm, inlet valve, exhaust valve, rocker post, rocker shaft, rocker spring are available.
2. Cylinder block-in cylinder block piston is inserted and the cylinder is also present there.
3. Water Pump-Water pump sucks the water from the radiator and sends it into the engine.
4. Timing Gear and Timing Chain-Both Are used for maintaining the timing of the engine.
5. Gasket-Gasket is used as a seal. It prevents the leakage of the oil and coolant under the engine.
6.main journal cap-it is used for crankshaft position.
7. Cam shaft-cam shaft is connected with the crankshaft with the help of a chain or belt. Cam operates the rocker arm and the rocker arm operates the valve.
8. Pullar-it is generally used in an old engine.it transfers the power from cam to rocker arm.
9. Strainer-it cleans the big dust particles from the engine oil.
10. Main journal shell bearing -it prevents whole damage of cap as well as provides smooth rotation.
11.oil filter-clean small dust particles from the engine oil.

13.oil sump-is is the storage of the engine oil.
14.clutch-it is the device that is used to engage and disengage the power of the engine.
15.inlet manifold-through its oil and air enter into the engine.
16.exhaust manifold-through it exhaust gas goes into the atmosphere.
17.oil pump-it suck the engine oil from the oil sump and send it into the engine.
18.flywheel-flywheel store the extra power of the engine and release it whenever it required by the engine.
19.piston-it convert linear motion into the reciprocating motion.
20. Fuel pump-it suck the fuel from the tank and send it into the engine.
21. Dipstick-it is used for measuring level of the engine oil.
