The Unsolved Mystery of 'Perfect Code' on N64!

You can edit the Perfect Code at 80200C04 and enable it on the title screen with 80200C01 0010, help figuring this out is appreciated! This code is also read when you start the game, and when the ending scene begins (probably to compare it to your new Perfect Code).
