Half kilo chicken boneless
1 spoon cumin seeds
1 spoon fenugreek seeds
1 spoon mustard seeds
1 spoon cumin powder
1 spoon garlic ginger paste ( approx)
1 spoon coriander powder
1 spoon turmeric powder ( we use this for 2 times )
1 spoon chilli powder
1/2 spoon Sichuan pepper
4-6 dry chillies
300 ml oil approx
Salt taste
1 full lemon 🍋
