This video takes a deep dive into the current market conditions affecting housing and construction in general. We get into the fact that lumber is falling, albeit slowly, and ICF is experiencing some growing pains as the lumber bubble drives demand for iCF's through the roof. We conclude that thankfully lumber is again a little cheaper than ICF but has miles to go to be equal value, and ICF while slightly harder to get than months past, is still the better value when comparing all aspects including longevity, efficiency, and strength and durability!
