Mace Windu Reveals Why The Jedi Aren't so Great... - Star Wars Explained

Mace Windu was an interesting Jedi Master...while one of the most powerful next to Master Yoda, his ideologies on the force differed from many. He harnessed the darkside within himself and used it for good, Embracing his dark nature, and channeling it into Vaapad. While Mace was not the best people person, he believed the Jedi weren't really all that great, rather, just pragmatic beings. This gives good insight on his reflections of the Jedi and makes you realize that maybe he wasn't all that high and mighty, maybe he just felt that the Jedi were the best of what is around at the moment to keep the peace...
That is...until Order 66 with Palpatine and Vader.
