Costa Deliziosa calls on Torshavn, Faroe islands in 2011

From Reykjvik to the Faroe islands, still in good weather in spite of the forecasts. A bustour to old churches such as the one in Kollafjordur. Then along Hvalvik and Streymnes to an old farm in Saksun. After the tour my colleague Hans Brinckmann and I roamed through Torshavn and saw enough young people to ensure a flourishing population on what are termed 'the world's most appealing islands'! most of the background music is of the Faroes.
