Cedar vs. Spruce - which guitar plays it better?

I am playing here Matteo Carcassi's gorgeously composed Study No. 16 from his Melodic and Progressive Studies, Op. 60, on two very different guitars: a cedar double-top guitar by Martin Blackwell and a spruce top traditional guitar by Douglass Scott.

I want to ask for your opinion on which sound you prefer for this classical piece. Which one plays it better? Which guitar brings out the texture/voice separation better? Which guitar brings out the emotion better? Feel free to share your opinion in the comments below; I'd love to read what you think!

Both guitars have been recorded in exactly the same way with exactly the same amount of reverb added. Please enjoy!
