WP | Throne Room in 16.50

This was done on patch 1.5.78

Pretty much every part of this is still very improvable. The WJs, not exactly sure how much timesave is available on elevator activation & c-dash clear, and fairly certain the ending isn't the optimal strat. The optimal strat seems to be a later c-dash stop with pure nail turn cancels. I also didn't even clear the final ledge with sharp shadow very tight either.
