Welcome to Long An province, Vietnam. Join me as I try a local Vietnamese dish (ốc bươu nhồi thịt) which has been part of the traditions for centuries. Scary to foreigners, but adored by locals, I set out on my mission to judge the snails for myself! Luckily for me, the food stall at the Long An night markets had plenty of boiled snails with pork to satisfy the hungry customers! Watch to find out whether it's a slimy treat or a hideous disaster!
