In a chilling twist, bodycam footage from August 16, 2022—three months before the Idaho student murders—shows 2 police officers responding to a noise complaint at 1122 King Road. While 1 standing near the now-infamous sliding glass door, the bodycam officer casually remarks, “Huh… there are stairs to the back deck… interesting.” At the time, it seemed like nothing. In hindsight, it feels like a haunting prelude to a crime that would shock the nation. Why did he make this comment unrelated and out of the blue and he was observing that area?!
Keep comments fair and refrain from making accusations towards and against individuals who are innocent until proven guilty in the Court of Law (applies to defendants from and in any country).
On November 13 2022, at Moscow Idaho, four ISU students were unlived, Ethan Chapin (20), Kaylee Goncalves (21), Xana Kernodle (20), and Madison Mogen (21). The students were unlived by stabbing to their chest and/or upper body, with some victims found to have defence wounds.
The finding from the autopsy is that, each victim received more than on stab wound and one fatal wound. The Latah county coroner also revealed that the stabbings were done using a very large knife (sharp object) and if not the same knife, a vey similar ones were used. Neither of the victims were se*ually assaulted, gaged or tied. They appeared to have been attacked while a sleep, in their beds but it doesn't mean they all expired or were found in their beds.
After the unliving of the innocent students victims, at least 10 hours passed until 911 was called to their home/house. The time is estimated according to the autopsy report that they were likely unlived after 2am on the morning of 11/13/2022. A 911 call was made at approximately 11:58am on the same date, from multiple individuals present just outside the home of the victims, or in the home. Between the 911 callers are believed to have been two surviving housemates, a friend or a brother of one of the victims, some other friend/s and neighbour/s.
Because of the 911 call first responders officers arrived on the scene and very soon after they discovered the bodies of the victims students.
Ever since the beginning of the case there was a lot of confusion about what happened in the 1122 King road residence, and mysteries surrounding the 10 hours late call to 911. There was not much information from MPD at the time other than that they believed it was a targeted attack. This lead to more confusion and fear because the police was saying to the public that they don't believe that other students or the public are in danger, but to be cautious about it.
After a short investigative period of 6 weeks an arrest was made of a suspect in Pennsylvania. The suspect was later extradited to Idaho to face the charges against him. He was charged with 1 count of burglary with intent to commit homicide and 4 counts of 1st degree murder for each victim. The defendant plead "stands silent" and the judge entered a plea of not guilty on his behalf.
Bryan Kohberger, 30, is accused of allegedly fatally stabbing Madison Mogen, 21; Kaylee Goncalves, 21; and Xana Kernodle, 20; as well as Kernodle's boyfriend, Ethan Chapin, 20, with a large fixed-blade knife at an off-campus home in Moscow, Idaho, on Nov. 13, 2022. He has pleaded not guilty to four counts of murder. The defendant remains in prison until his trial date, which is currently set and expected to start on 08/11/2025.
