forklift accident! what not to do after a forklift fail!

this all happens at the wonderful BJ's Wholesale in Roanoke Virginia. these forklift drivers have never driven a forklift before. there is no training whatsoever. they have them drive around for a few days and then they are licensed by someone who is not certified to license them. I was the only one in that building except for maybe one or two other people that work there that might have had some kind of forklift experience prior to working for BJ's Wholesale. this place is a complete joke. my previous employment I was a safety coordinator as well as a forklift instructor. but this place is a kiss ass to move fast up the ladder. yeah I filmed this and let it keep rolling laughing the whole way. I ended up fixing this which I should have fillmed but it wouldn't been as funny. but I guess the joke is on me. not long after a dock plate that was malfunctioned and was never serviced destroyed my leg. I was trying to shut the bay door the dock plates hydraulic system malfunction and drop me ripping my quadricep tendon completely off the bone and knee cap. so here I sit almost two years three surgeries later with another one on the way. all because this shity ass place did not do regular maintenance on their equipment.
