AM I BACK IN TURKEY? 🇹🇷 IS THIS STILL ODESSA? 🇺🇦

This may be the best Turkish restaurant anywhere outside of Turkey. In fact, it was better than most of the Turkish restaurants I ate at in the Republic of Turkey itself. I've also eaten great Turkish food in Berlin, across Europe, and even here in Ukraine, but this random restaurant with the generic name of Kebab Center in Odessa may be the best. Here's what we ate, and what we experienced.
