The moment you have been waiting for has arrived ! 😂😂 Part 3 is here , whooaa Chile this one was hard to make ! In hindsight I didn’t really how what I was experiencing is textbook emotional abuse .

While no ones perfect , we all have flaws non of us deserve to be continuously treated unkindly . We live in a society where “emotional abuse “ is not taken seriously especially by those who are experiencing it yet the scars that it leaves , the damage it makes are just as horrendous as scars from psychical abuse . I am grown up enough to understand people grow up and sometimes people change because of that I had to make room to excuse these people’s behaviour and forgive them . It took a while but it had to be done . Sometimes people are in such dark places in their relationships that they can’t find enough light to show them the way out , I’m so glad I found my little glimpse of light and got out even if it was moments too late .

If you are currently in a similar situation my heart is with you , may you find strength within yourself to choose better , may you find the courage to stand up for yourself .
