GTA IV has a large variety of mods, however, there are few that can dramatically change the overall experience like this one. Grand Theft Auto IV is a 3rd person shooter, is it even possible to play from an eagle-eye perspective? - Find out during this review, I hope you enjoy the gameplay!

More Info:
- Snipers aren't usable when it top-down.
- Interiors aren't always visible (usually just the roof).
- Movement can be difficult, especially on keyboard.
