My principle is “Zumba for Everyone”. This routine is good for both beginners and seasoned Zumba lovers. I would like to encourage people sitting on couches to do a bit of workout at home or even on chairs in your office. And many people commented that they enjoy my videos by using the regular version for themselves while their parents follow the chair version. Hope you enjoy it!!

Note: My chair choreography has a little higher intensity than regular Zumba Gold Chair program so that the choreography can cover a wider range of people including ones who do not have injuries/disabilities but prefer to do an exercise while sitting. If some of the moves are not for you, please ignore or modify such moves. The most important thing is your safety. If you have any concern or question, please ask your doctor. Applicability of the choreography (both regular and chair) varies case by case. Please enjoy the choreography at your own risk. Thank you. ⁠
