These YouTubers organized a “Cops vs Ex-Convicts” challenge to find out who was the strongest.

The first round was the punching machine challenge — whoever got the highest score won. The cops went first and scored an impressive 682, meaning the ex-convicts had to beat that score to take the round. Then one of the ex-convicts stepped up and delivered an insane punch, sending the machine all the way to 821 and securing the first win for the ex-convict team.

The second round was push-ups. The rules were simple: every rep counted only if the chest touched the ground. It started off neck and neck, but after several reps, the ex-convicts began to struggle, shaking from exhaustion before finally collapsing. That gave the cops the win for round two.
