Ministry of ADLSA has listed down the steps to change employers without having to first obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
Expats in Qatar no longer need a No Objection Certificate (NOC) and the Ministry of Administrative Development, Labour, and Social Affairs (ADLSA), Qatar has an electronic notification system for online change of sponsorship.
