This video is the perfect dumbbell routine for HIIT or aerobic exercise to develop your fitness, cardio, strength, and endurance.

If doing the 6 exercises is to much, break it down into 2 circuits.

If you are doing HIIT, perform each exercise as fast as you can for 10–20 seconds. After resting for 20 seconds, do the next exercise. Perform the circuit 3 times.

If you are doing aerobic training, perform each exercise for 45–60 seconds at pace. After each exercise, rest minimally to none. Go right to the next exercise. Perform the circuit 3–5 times, so the duration is aerobic.
