One of the intents of the show since its inception is to make its participants famous celebrities and a hand full of them have been able to tap into the opportunity. Names like Efe, Miracle, Nina, Tboss, C-cee got famous in the past editions, and the likes of Mike, Seyi, Khaffi, Omasola, Mercy just to name a few recently joined the league. Still, Tacha has become the most famous BBNaija housemate of all time. Her fame goes beyond the shores of Nigeria and the African continent. Hardly a week goes by without Tacha making the trends and news on social media. But just how did she become the most famous BBNaija Housemate of all time?

Anita Natacha Akide aka Port Harcourt first daughter is an ex BBNaija housemate who has found her space in the world of fame as a business tycoon and a beauty influencer. She is an ambassador for a couple of brands like House of Lunettes, Royal Hair, Getfit Technologies and Ciroc with which she has her own custom made Ciroc drink. The 24year old graduate of English Language from Ajuru University of Education in Port Harcourt, Rivers state is well known for her daring character and seemingly egoist personality while she was in the BBN house.
Several factors and tactics are responsible for Tacha’s rise to fame even beyond her colleagues. Let’s take a look at some of them.
1. Tacha Is an Instagram sensation.
Even before the Titan Queen ever stepped into the BBN house, she had been pulling a large audience on her Instagram page. It was apparent becoming rich and famous had always been her dream. Hence, she enjoyed gaining attention on the social media network by post-semi-nude photo and videos plus controversial statements on her page. She got IG users talking when she tatoo an image of Davido’s BMW logo between her boobs. She also caught media attention with alleged news of her faking her own kidnap. All these, of course, yielded her numerous followers while in turn earning her some money through advertising for body and beauty products and the likes.
2. Her Reality Show Drama
Tacha was the queen of drama in the 2019 edition of BBN. Interestingly, she would spark tension in the house, even without making an effort. It seemed her lifestyle for some housemate was difficult to bare as some were either complaining of her cocky attitude or her mouth and unpleasant body smell.
Her dairy sessions were something to look forward to as she didn’t show signs for fear or intimidation when talking to Biggy. She keeps it blunt and straight forward. Her rich sense of confidence as a Lady caught the interest of feminists and the female audience at large because she was indirectly representing their interest as women who stood tall in their spheres. It was evident in her famous mantra ‘’No leave, no transfer!!!’’
She also got into a fight with many of the housemates both male and female and all these kicked off from their earlier days in the house.
Little wonder she became the most disliked housemate by viewers of the show. But ironically, she was also the most loved judging by her fan base.
