Season 15 Hero Priority Update: Tsukuyomi Over Jorm | Omniheroes S15

Hello everyone, and welcome back! Following recent community discussion and my own extensive testing for Season 15, we are addressing a critical update to the Hero Priority List.

While initial impressions (and even my previous guides) placed Jormungandr in a 'Must Have' tier, new data shows a significant shift. We now have evidence that the Tsukuyomi is superior to Jormungandr in overall Season 15 early game content.
