I don’t think any other YouTube channel does viral videos quite like Dude Perfect. They’ve gone from a few friends in college doing trick shots in their backyard, to the one of the biggest channels in the world. Even after a decade of making content, every upload hits trending and beat's the YouTube algorithm

So when Dude Perfect started their channel, I said they didn’t know what to expect but after reading a bit more about these guys, maybe they actually they did. Now YouTube was still in its infancy stage in 2009, but the world had already got a taste for viral videos. Which brings us on to factor number 1, Dude Perfect built their channel around a high-growth niche, something that no-one else at the time did…

BUT…this is still only half of the equation. You could position yourself in the best niche, and make great thumbnails but if you don’t deliver in the actual video, it won’t work. Which takes us on to factor #2, the dude perfect formula.

So this the technical side of things thing, but…there’s still one more piece missing…plenty channels blow up on YouTube, and then fade away just as quickly, what is different about dude perfect?
