Assalamualaikum, kali ini aku buat cemilan yang super mudah. Ternyata enak banget rasanya, dari anak-anak sampai orang dewasa suka. Cocok banget nih buat tambah ide jualan.

KUE KALOCI COKELAT

Bahan-bahan:
250gr tepung ketan putih (5750)
1/2 sdt garam
1 sdm gula pasir
300ml air
3 sdm minyak goreng (500)
1 sdt pasta coklat (bisa diganti pasta pandan kalau suka)

Baluran:
100gr kacang tanah sangrai (2800)
20gr biji wijen sangrai (1200)
50gr gula pasir (900)

gas+tenaga+dll (5000)

25 mika ukuran 7cm (2500)

Modal -+ Rp 18.650 jadi 25 mika.
Modal per mika= 18.650 : 25 = 746

Jika jual 1500/mika, omset= 1500x25= 37.500
Untung= omset - modal
= 37.500 - 18.650
= 18.850

Atau jual sesuaikan dengan modal di daerah masing-masing.
