Learning to make a Roguelike in Rust - Day 1

I've been playing roguelikes for many years, and I've always thought about making one! Combine that with a desire to learn Rust, and we've got a match made in heaven.

In this video I
- Install rust & cargo using rustup
- Install wasm target and wasm bindgen cli
- build the first "hello world" RLTK app
- build the app for WASM and attempt to show it in a browser
- install a basic http server
- end on a cliffhanger!
