My Current Fixation Meal

I eat this 3x a week minimum. I don’t know what about it is so addicting but I can’t get enough.

I saw this recipe on my explore feed, made it once and then I was hooked.

It’s pretty simple:
•chop up equal parts cucumber and tomatoes
•chop red onion to taste
•Add a splash of olive oil
•Add feta to taste
•Add salt to taste

Shake and enjoy!

As a bonus if you toast pine nuts and add those is AMAZING. I did that for dinner last week and need to buy more, but highly recommend!
