‘Aahh!’: Slackliner Screams as He Sets Terrifying Record
A German daredevil named Quirin Herterich gave a mighty shout from 2,000 feet in the air. He was traversing two mountains, over a mile apart, and he was perched on a slackline that was only two inches wide. The death-defier was the first of a team of four that’s now in the record books for setting the world distance record for slacklining, of 1.3 miles. Quirin and his team set their record in a remote valley in northern Sweden, in the province of Lapland.
