Taking a swipe at the Congress during his reply to the motion of thanks on President Ram Nath Kovind's address in Lok Sabha Wednesday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said the party has taken different stands in Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha, and that such 'divided and confused' party can do no good to the country. With Congress and Trinamool Congress MPs walking out of the House in protest against the farm laws, Modi said this was part of a well-thought-out strategy.
