The Flovell Automatic Dispensers with Vacuum Pick-up are used in a wide range for dispensing a very tiny volume of low to high viscosity fluids.
Materials having viscosities upto 10,00,000 cps can be dispensed easily.
The fluid is filled in a syringe and then interfaced to the dispenser which controls the quantity to be dispensed.
The dosage is controlled by setting dispensing time, pressure & the needle size.
Flovell Dispensers can be conveniently used for dispensing RTV Silicone, Anaerobics / Butyl Sealants, Loctite etc.
With the help of Vacuum pick-up pencil small components can be picked and placed on your work-piece in any direction. The specially designed Digital Timer and a compact electro-pneumatic circuit controls dispensing with high accuracy.
A built in vacuum based anti-drip system makes sure that the material is held up in the syringe while there is no (shot) dispensing.
An interval timer gives interval between two shots (dispenses) thus boosting the production rate.
Special interface signals are also provided to enable hooking it up to pneumatic or electronic automation systems.
