Motion Blur Without ND Filters | DaVinci Resolve (Free & Studio) + Totally Free Option

External ND filters help you create natural motion blur with any camera that doesn't have a built in ND system. Action cameras have a particular limitation in that they rely on fast shutter speeds for the stabilisation to work properly, so ND filters are not always a great idea with them. So, here's how to add ND style motion blur to your footage in post instead. I focus on DaVinci Resolve, but I also go into a totally free option as well.
