Plan With Me | Mental Health Awareness Month

Hello! I has been a very long time since I've posted. Life has really took a turn for the time being. I needed some time off. Since May was Mental Health Awareness month I wanted to dedicate a video to that. I included lessons that I have learned so far from my own personal journey. It's true what they say it's easier said than done, but if I can help you just for a few minutes I am happy with that.
