How to make scones / 司康食谱 / easy scones recipe ( Cranberry Scones & English Scones)/ 蔓越莓司康

[Ingredients]
200g cake flour / 低筋面粉
50g unsalted butter / 无盐牛油
30g sugar / 白糖
6g baking powder / 泡打粉
1 egg / 鸡蛋
20g milk / 牛奶
20g yoghurt / 优格
25g Cranberry / 蔓越莓干
1 egg yolk / 蛋黄 （for brushing the scones / 涂在司康表面)

You can change the cranberry to raisin, I'm using 5cm scone cutter :)
This recipe can make around 12 scones.
So ya~ happy baking :)

你也可以把蔓越莓干换成葡萄干，我是用5cm的模具:)
这个食谱的份量 能做大概12个司康.
