Prioritization Matrix: Management and Planning tool

The next important Management and Planning tool, which I am going to explain in this video is “Prioritization Matrix”. This is also called as “Matrix Data Analysis”.
The Prioritization Matrix is a tool that sorts and ranks various options into an order of importance using weighted criteria. This technique helps us to identify which activities, problems or projects are the most important to work on solving first.
I have explained this tool with its meaning and when to use this tools, with practical example which will be very easy to understand.
