2oz Una Vida Reposado Tequila
1oz Espresso
0.75oz Habanero Simple Syrup
A few dashes of Foaming Agent (replacement for Egg White)

Dry shake, then wet shake

Fill a coup with caramel around the bottom, pour into glass
*Optional - Garnish with a sprinkle of cayenne pepper on top!
