Stuffed Crab Shrimp | Valentine’s Day | Dinner for Two

Ingredients listed below:

1lb jumbo lump crab meat
10-12 peeled and deveined colossal shrimp
1/4 cup Mayo
1 egg
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp old bay
1 tsp honey Dijon mustard
Splash of black pepper
2 tbs parsley
1 tbs thyme
Fresh lemon juice (I squeezed the juice from half a lemon)
1/4 cup Pablo bread crumbs
4 tbs butter
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tbs olive oil
1 bag fresh spinach
Salt and pepper to taste

Beurre Blanc Sauce
1/2 cup white wine (Pinot Grigio)
2 tbs heavy whipping cream
1 tbs shallots (minced)
2 tbs Lemon juice (or white wine vinegar)
1 stick butter

Serve with bread rolls and garnish with chopped parsley or green onions!!!💋
