Phenomena é um projeto idealizado por Tom Galley e seu irmão Mel Galley
em 1983. Este projeto reunia grandes nomes do rock. O segundo álbum foi o de maior sucesso, intitulado "Phenomena II – Dream Runner" de 1987, cujos integrantes foram:

Vocais: Ray Gillen, Glenn Hughes, John Wetton e Max Bacon;
Guitarras: Kyoji Yamamoto, Mel Galley, Scott Gorham e John Thomas;
Baixos: Neil Murray e John Wetton;
Bateria: Michael Sturgis e Toshihiro Miimi;
Teclados: Leif Johansen e Richard Bailey.
