MPB (Mississippi Public Broadcasting) footage montage 1985-2024

Here is a station ID and promo montage from ETV/MPB (Mississippi Educational Television and Mississippi Public Broadcasting), the PBS system of stations serving Mississippi. All copyrights acknowledged. MPB signed on in 1970 with its translator stations signing on in the early to mid 1970s. WMAA (now WMPN Channel 29) signed in Jackson as the flagship station, and most of the ids are from that station. Others include WMAB 2 in Mississippi State (Starkville), WMAH 19 in Biloxi, WMAU 18 in Bude, WMAW 14 in Meridian, WMAV 18 in Oxford, WMAO 23 in Greenwood, WMAE 12 in Booneville, and W45AA/W29EY as a translator in Columbia. Most footage was recorded from WMAA/WMPN, WMAB, WMAH, and WMAW. In September 2023, MPB updated its on air look and logo.

Subchannels include PBS Kids on .2, Create on .3, MPB Think Radio on .4, and, since COVID-19, MPB Classroom TV (with World channel programming) on .5.
