"Sun Up" by Stephen Katz & Derek Snyder - Melanie Ambler, Ben Nacar

Melanie dropped by for a visit before heading off to Stanford Medical School, and we played this as part of a Zoom concert! She's been doing weekly virtual concerts for about a year now, for patients, medical professionals, and their families - see https://music4usall.weebly.com (although the performances are suspended at the moment because of her starting med school).

I was one of a few recurring remote guests on her "show" for the past few months, where I would play solo piano repertoire. However, this was the first time in over a year that either of us has been able to perform live with another human being, so this was a special episode of The Melanie Show indeed.
