Let's Explain This Dobby Like Elf/Creature Caught On Camera In Woman's Driveway

Dobby, the free elf, has risen in the muggle world alone and confused and is waiting for us to guide him. Or this strange elf like creature caught on camera is just a boy walking out with something on his head and some flip flops on doing a weird little walk and a wild little chicken dance. The story originated from Vivan Gomez on Facebook and since been shared around aplenty and I found it on twitter. Some say this mom is still unsure of what creature was in her driveway, I say that's only the case because it's fun to have some attention once an while and I'm gonna say that it was her son and it was just a fun prank. No ghost, no alien, no cryptid, nothing mysterious or strange, but it is a little creepy, albeit also silly, on initial viewing.
