The traditional Philippines food holiday :
Lechon : brine and roasted beef

Pancit noodles - sautéed with chopped vegetables of your choice top with squeezed of calamansi citrus and chopped green onions (optional)
The crispy Philipines egg rolls - meat of your choice shredded chicken or beef sautéed all ingredients of onions,carrots,cabbages,garlic.Set aside separate all the egg roll wrapper’s ,when all the ingredients is cool enough,start wrapping follow the video .

The philipines pancit bihon -

Sautéed all vegetables such as : shredded carrots , minced garlic onions ,cabbage,Chinese parsley,green onion leaves,thin sliced green beans, thin sliced celery,shredded chicken or beef cooked .Sautéed all ingredients for 8 minutes include the pancit bihon full apart stir constantly when everything are cooked, top with soy sauce.
Served with sliced calamansi on the side .
