Espresso Distribution: Which Tool or Technique works best?

Do you need a coffee distribution tool? Which distribution technique produces the best espresso? These questions come up all the time when we’re training baristas in our Coffee Science & Education Centre.

In today’s video, Josh compare some of the most common distribution methods used in cafes & coffee shops.

These include: simple vertical collapse, the OCD tool, the stockfleth method & palm tapping to see if one of these delivers the best results.
