In today’s video, I’m sitting down for a little crochet chit-chat and sharing some honest thoughts about designing crochet patterns.

Designing crochet pieces is something I truly love, but it’s not always as easy as it looks. Sometimes ideas take a long time to come together, sometimes projects need to be reworked many times, and sometimes designs even take a little “nap” before they’re finished. And sometimes, I can’t even bring the design to life the way I imagined.

I wanted to share the real side of my crochet design journey and talk about the process behind creating patterns. If you crochet, design, or just love handmade pieces, I think you might be able to relate to some of these moments.
