Suction Stories Part 2: Tracheal and Pharyngeal Suctioning (Closed Suction System) on an EVAC ETT
In this video George demonstrates how to safely tracheal suction a patient's EVAC Endotracheal Tube with a closed system suction catheter, the EVAC catheter, then the patient's pharynx and finally how to set the EVAC catheter up for continuous suctioning. He also demonstrates how to clean the closed suction catheter and suction tubing.
