To create a reading record for each booking, first select the meter type and enter the meter reading. You can also upload any relevant documents, such as images, related to the reading, and then click 'Submit.'

For managing a second reading, like at the end of the booking, simply click the 'Add' button. After submission, a pop-up will appear displaying both the start and current readings. You can manually input any allowances as needed. Below, you'll find the meter readings for each entry.

The total units consumed and the total amount to be charged will be displayed. From here, you can generate the invoice. If necessary, you can also view the invoice, or edit or delete it if there was an error. To make a payment, click on the 'View Invoice' button and then proceed to the payment option. If you need to delete the invoice, simply click on the 'Delete' button.
