NEW BIG TURBO GTI Project

Today we will be helping out a friend with his big turbo 1.8L GTI. Chris has been building this car in his driveway for the past 6 months and recently decided to join us in the garage to stay warm in the winter while he works on putting the car back together. Chris's GTI is a tribute to his grandmother who passed away from cancer a few years ago. He always loved the MKIV platform and when he came over from England 3 years ago he knew he wanted to buy one. When he found his current GTI it had some modifications done to it but nothing crazy. This past summer Chris dove head first into the car and began ripping out the motor to build the GTI for a big turbo build. His Volkswagen GTI will be featured a lot on the channel as Chris gets closer and closer to getting the car started. I hope you all are enjoying the new content in the shop.
